• Cakes: We recommend placing cake orders at least 2 weeks in advance for standard designs and 4 weeks for custom or large orders.
• T-Shirts, Tumblers, and Other Custom Products: Please place orders at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability and customization.

What customization options are available?

• Cakes: Choose your theme, colors, flavors, fillings, and any specific design elements.
• T-Shirts: Select your size, color, and provide any custom text, graphics, or logos.
• Tumblers: Choose your size, color, and personalize with names, logos, or designs.
• Other Custom Products: Let us know your vision, and we’ll work to create the perfect item for your needs.

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

• Cakes: Yes, we offer local delivery for an additional fee based on location. No shipping is available for cake orders.
  
• Sweet Treats: Yes, we offer local delivery for an additional fee based on location. No shipping is available for cake orders.
• T-Shirts, Tumblers, and Other Custom Products: Shipping is available for an additional fee. Shipping costs vary based on the destination and size of the order.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking for cakes and large custom orders. The amount will be discussed during the ordering process and is typically a percentage of the total cost.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Cakes: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a partial   refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may forfeit the deposit.
• Custom Products: No refunds on custom products
• Bulk Orders: Partial refund may be available if order is cancelled 21 days prior to due date. Any cancellations after that time frame results in No Refund.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions for cakes?

Yes, we offer options for various dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free cakes. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when placing your order.

Do you provide discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders of t-shirts, tumblers, and other custom products. Contact us for more details and pricing information based on your specific order quantity.

Do you offer a free cake for 1st birthdays?

Yes, with the purchase of a 1st Birthday Cake, we offer a free small cake, perfect for smashing and celebrating.
