Q: How far in advance should I place my cake order?
A: We recommend placing your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. For larger events like weddings or big celebrations, 6-8 weeks' notice is preferred.
Q: Can I request a specific design?
A: Absolutely! We specialize in custom cake designs, so feel free to share your vision, theme, or inspiration photos. We’ll work closely with you to bring your idea to life.
Q: What is your policy on changes to cake orders?
A: Changes to your cake design, flavor, or number of servings must be requested at least 14 days before the event. Last-minute changes may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
Q: Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
A: We can accommodate some dietary requests, such as gluten-free or dairy-free cakes. However, our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens like nuts, eggs, and wheat, so we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free.

Custom Apparel & Party Supplies
Q: What types of custom apparel do you offer?
A: We offer custom t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel that can be personalized with names, photos, logos, or special designs. Whether it’s for a family reunion, business event, or a themed party, we’ll create something unique for you!
Q: How do I submit my design for custom t-shirts?
A: You can upload an image or send a detailed description of your t-shirt idea to raeskakesandkreations@gmail.com. We’ll review the design and contact you to finalize the details before starting production.
Q: How long does it take to complete custom apparel orders?
A: Custom apparel orders typically take 15-21 days to process, depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Q: Can I make changes to my apparel order after placing it?
A: Changes can be made to your apparel order, but requests must be submitted before production begins. If changes are made after production has started, additional fees may apply.
Q: Do you create custom party favors and supplies?
A: Yes! We can design custom party favors, supplies, and even personalized coloring books to match your event theme. Just let us know your vision, and we’ll work with you to create something special.
Payment & Shipping
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept payments through PayPal, credit cards, Shop Pay, Sezzle etc.. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order, with the remaining balance due at least14days before delivery or pickup.
Q: Do you ship items?
A: We ship certain custom items such as apparel and party favors. However, cakes and perishable items are not available for shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the order and destination.
Order Policies
Q: What is your return or exchange policy?
A: Since all of our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check all spelling and design details before submitting your order. Q: What if my item is damaged during shipping?
A: We take great care in packaging your items, but Rae’s Kakes and Kreations is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance.
