Return and Refund Policy

At Rae's Kakes and Kreations, all our items are custom-made just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please verify all spelling and details before submitting your order. In the rare event that we make an error, we will redo the product if possible. However, NO REFUNDS will be given for any item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there’s an issue. If the item is damaged due to mailing, please address it with the postal service, as we are not responsible for shipping-related damage.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any item due to the custom nature of our products.
