The design comes as-is (no modification to design) with 1 logo, name and 1 photo.
Please Provide 1 photo (jpeg/jpg or png) for design purposes. Please try to provide the best quality photo you can submit.
Each additional photo or design element (Additional Logo, Quote, Scripture, Degree, Modification from the existing design, etc.) is $5. Please choose accordingly from the drop-down menu.
Email photos to customerservices@raeskakesandkreations.com. You will receive an email that verifies your email has been received. It may take up to 48hours before an email is sent. If it is not received, you will not receive an email. Please DO NOT email this email address with questions.

Cancellation Fee: $20 within 48 hours of submitting design. You will receive a refund for the difference.
Once a mockup is sent, you will be allowed 2 edits (One to change from the 1st mockup sent, and one additional change) * IF you want additional edits, you will be charged a fee of $10.
*IF you choose to change photos from the original photos submitted, a change photo fee will be charged $5 for each photo swap.
All additional fees will need to be paid prior to shipping.
Once the mockup is sent, you have 12 hours to review and approve or request changes. If we do not hear from you within this time period, your item may be sent to production, and at this time, you will be charged a $15 reprint fee.
We try to have all orders processed within 5 to 10 business days (Normal Processing Time)
However, due to the volume of orders, we ask for a Need-by date to ensure all orders are scheduled in the order in which they are needed and not necessarily in the order that they are ordered in or the timeframe that Etsy states as the processing time.
For Expedited Service (To have your order designed AND shipped before the normal processing time of 5 to 10 business days), please SELECT AND PAY for EXPEDITED PROCESSING.
EXPEDITED PROCESSING: Includes shipping via 2-day UPS Air. It does not push your order to the front of the worklist. If you want to ensure your order is processed and shipped sooner please contact us at raeskakesandkreations@gmail.com to process your payment with a rush fee of $25 AND the expedited shipping (overnight) calculated based on your address.
NOTE: Rae’s Kakes and Kreations tries its best to accommodate all requests within reason. Please be advised we may not be able to accommodate some changes based on the capabilities of the templates used to create your project.
